I attended the 7th Midwest Single Molecule Workshop at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and presented the poster "DeepSMOLM3D: Fast and Accurate 6D Single-Molecule Imaging via Deep Learning."

My collaborator Emil Gillett and colleagues in the Landes Research Group published "Fused deep-learning enables 6D single-molecule localization in polarization-resolved microscopy" in Methods and Applications of Fluorescence. I am glad to assist with some of the works!
